Fun Fact: I love live music and know about 30% of the lyrics to most songs. My brain shuts down if my socks aren't straight, and despite being from South Louisiana, I cannot handle spicy food.
Hey there!I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student intern at Amberton University who enjoys working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, perfectionism, and other shame-based narratives. I support neurodivergent adults, LGBTQ+ folks, nontraditional relationships, and those in the kink community and strive to meet them all with care, curiosity, and respect. As a queer, neurodivergent person with experience in nontraditional relationships, creating a space where clients don’t have to mask or shrink themselves is very important to me.
I also work with clients who are figuring out life after high-control religion or relationships. I approach these experiences knowing how much they can impact someone’s sense of safety, identity, and belonging.
My style is relational and person-centered at its core, and I pull from ACT, existential, and feminist perspectives. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative and non-pathologizing.
Outside of sessions, you can find me spending quality time with my people, reading romance, or planning my next tattoo. I’m also learning tarot, which has turned out to be a fun way to explore intuition and symbolism.
