Fun Fact: My biggest comforts in life are blankets, arts & crafts, musicals, and desserts.
Welcome! My journey in mental health started as a young child who struggled with feeling anxious, misunderstood, and lost. The biggest driving factor in becoming a therapist stems from the desire to help others never feel the way I did as a child. Therefore, my passion as a therapist lies in helping people to be seen, feel heard, and be able to live their authentic lives. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and affirming - all are welcome here.
I help people of all ages through individual, family, or couples therapy, navigating a variety of concerns including anxiety, self-esteem, depression, and identity. For relational therapy, I enjoy helping clients work through relationship dynamics and improve closeness, connection, and communication.
Additionally, I am trained in Play Therapy and have a passion for helping children process their big emotions in ways that are developmentally appropriate. However, I am a big believer in that even as adults, there is nothing wrong with being in touch with our inner child and having fun, so I like to incorporate play, activities, and expressive arts in adult therapy when appropriate or requested.
Outside of work, I enjoy anything related to arts and crafts. My latest craft hyperfixations are crochet and coloring. A lot of my free time may be spent listening to music, watching movies, playing games, or spending time with loved ones and my dog.
