Hello!I'm a friendly, informal, person-centered practitioner who loves helping clients build joyful lives. Doing so often means working through the hard stuff; trauma narratives, hurtful self-talk, overwhelming feelings, unworkable habits, difficult relationships, etc. But you won't do that alone. By working collaboratively as a team engaged in highly relational therapy, I'll be there to support you every step of the way.
I've worked with many different kinds of people on all sorts of problems, so I want everyone to feel welcome bringing anything to me. That said, as a transgender practitioner I especially love working with queer / LGBTQ+ individuals and relationships, as well as anyone who feels they exist outside the norm. I'm sex-positive, all-bodies-welcoming, sex-work affirming, and knowledgeable of both kinky and ethically non-monogamous living. No matter who you are or what you want to work on, you will only find acceptance and non-judgment from me.
Clinically, I blend several modalities and personalize them to uniquely fit you and your needs. My primary tools include Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Parts Work, Existential Therapy, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy, and neuroscience in general. But my absolute favorite thing is using Therapeutically-Applied Role Playing Games in my groups!
Outside of therapy, I have too many interests - video games, fantasy/sci-fi books and graphic novels, anime, spending time in nature, live music, DJing, writing, Magic: The Gathering, D&D, and of course, enjoying all of these things with my partners, pets, family, and friends.
