Welcome!

It takes courage to start the process of change. Life is hard, and I want to work with you to move through these hard times. Whether you struggle with anxiety/depression, are experiencing a major life transition, or are struggling to connect in your relationship, change requires real effort; it's okay to ask for support during this challenging process. My passion is to help clients connect with both themselves and with their loved ones on a deeper level.

I approach therapy collaboratively, working with each client or couple/polycule to find an approach that works for them. With individuals, I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand themselves better and build resiliency. With couples/polycules, I primarily utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy to build deeper connections.

I provide a safe space for queer/poly folks to process. As a member of these communities, I understand the unique experiences and struggles that are often a part of their stories. I also focus on religious trauma; I work with those who are struggling in life after leaving religion and those who are developing a new religious identity of their own.
