Relationship Mental Health Services

Ethical Nonmonogamy (ENM)

Relationships are tough at times. Relationships that we weren’t trained for or taught about can make things even tougher. Balancing date nights between partners, ensuring that communication is working for everyone involved all while understanding our own expectations and abilities can be a lot to handle for anyone. We meet with folx as couples or systems so that we can help you develop and maintain health relationships while still enjoying each other’s time and company.

Kink

BDSM has experienced a social coming out over the last decade with more people being exposed to ideas of consensual power exchange, sensual role-play,  sadomasochistic behaviors. For folks looking for help though, having someone who’s understanding extends beyond 50 Shade of Gray (and why that series is problematic) is important. With over 10 years of involvement in various kink communities, and being a educator and advocate within those communities, our professionals offer a welcoming place for people to talk about their sexual curiosities and discover their needs, wants, and desires.

Mixed-Neurotype Relationships

Partners in mixed-neurotype relationships often struggle to make sense of each other’s motivations, efforts, and contributions to the relationship - things like care tasks, being on time, and ‘adulting’ can feel like the biggest blocks to an otherwise safe and healthy relationship. Our neurodivergent therapists can walk with you through how to communicate effectively across neurotypes, find solutions that work for all of you, and help reduce conflict around daily living.

High-Conflict Relationships

Feeling stuck in a negative cycle with no clear way out? Things get complicated, words cut deep, and you emotionally spin out of control. Our therapists that specialize in high conflict relationships are here to help you break that cycle and cultivate a safe connection that allows for validation, safety, and closeness.
